Amaël Donnet
His passion for cycling dates back to his first tricycle!
Competition quickly became an introspective way of self-discovering and self-surpassing . A true jack-of-all-trades, he has achieved some success on the road, in cyclo-cross, on the track and in mountain biking.
Intrigued by the practice of emerging disciplines, Amaël also rides a lot of gravel bikes while occasionally indulging in bike polo. Editor in the specialized press, Amaël has worked with Vélo Vert since 2001. In the past, he worked as editor-in-chief of Bike Kulture, Snow Time and Ski Time, while hosting sports evenings on the radio or collaborating with a general weekly.
Alongside journalism and animation, Amaël trained to become a performance sports coach (Federal Certificate).
Cycling is not his only center of interest. In addition to mountain sports, he is passionate about psychology, science and urban culture. He also enjoys reading or composing electronic music.
